The hotel room rate is $159 per night, plus tax, if applicable.  Cut-off date for reservations: May 10, 2018.  Group rate will be honored until June 5, 2018, based on availability.

Please note:  You will need a credit card and CVV number to hold a room. There will be no charge to the credit card until checkout.

1. To make your reservation online, please click here, then follow these instructions:  

2. The reservation dates of June 5th – June 7th will automatically populate on the "Plan Your Stay" page. Click on "Check Availability."  
3. On the "Choose Your Room" page, click on "PA Intermediate Units."  Scroll down the page to select your room type.

4. On the "My Itinerary" page, select "Make Reservation" in the upper right.  

5. You will be asked to complete the required guest information, including credit card information.  If you already have a username and password, you can sign in and all fields will automatically be populated. Select "Book Reservation" at the bottom of the page. 

The credit card will not be charged until checkout. You are required to select the box that reads "I have read and accepted the terms and conditions." However, the credit card will not be charged.

Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to your arrival date. The credit card will be charged for any unused rooms that are not cancelled prior to 14 days of the arrival date.
