Note:  To register for the conference as an attendee you must be an IU employee and login to your PAIU account when prompted.  If you are not sure, enter your email under "forgot password," if you are in our system, you will get an automated reset option.  If not, click here to create an account (IU staff only).

Full Registration: $335 per person

One Day-Monday: $200  | One Day-Tuesday: $210

Note: The registration fee includes all educational sessions and materials and the meals listed. It does NOT cover lodging, travel or other expenses. Please contact Seven Springs directly to make hotel reservations (click on the "Hotel Info" tab above)

CANCELLATION POLICY:

A registered conference attendee may, upon written request (email MClancy@paiu.org) to receive a full refund of a paid registration fee as long as the request is received by the PAIU office by Wednesday, August 6, 2021. NO refunds will be granted for requests received AFTER August 6, 2021, since PAIU becomes liable for food and beverage costs after guaranteed counts (based on the number of registered attendees) are provided to the venue. SUBSTITUTIONS ARE ENCOURAGED.

NO SHOWS THAT HAVE REGISTERED BUT HAVE NOT PAID ARE STILL LIABLE FOR THE REGISTRATION FEE. A REGISTERED ATTENDEE WHO DOES NOT CANCEL IS STILL LIABLE FOR THE REGISTRATION FEE.

Attendees are also responsible for cancelling or amending their own hotel reservations.
