Hotel Reservation deadline: Monday, April 20, 2026. The Hershey Lodge will make reasonable efforts to accept reservation requests received after the April 20th deadline if space is available, either at the group rate specified above or the then-current room rate, whichever is higher.
IMPORTANT NOTICES:
Guest rooms will be available after 4:00 pm on the arrival date and reserved until 11:00 am on the departure date.
*Hershey Lodge does not accept completed Tax Exemption forms submitted at hotel check-in. These forms should be submitted ASAP, no later than 7 days (14 days recommended) in advance to: Hershey Lodge, Attn: Accounts Receivable, 27 W. Chocolate Ave., Hershey, PA 17033 or fax to 717-508-2664. Failure to follow this procedure may result in full room and tax charges to the attendees, as Front Desk staff will not accept these forms at check-in.
A credit card deposit in the amount of one (1) night at the group rate, plus applicable taxes, will be required at the time of booking, with the balance charged at checkout.
Room reservations must be made directly with the Hershey Lodge to take advantage of the PAIU group rate. Group rate is not available through third party travel sites.
Cancellation policy: Any cancellation occurring less than 72 hours prior to arrival (and no-shows) will be charged one night's room and tax (if applicable) to the individual's account. No changes or cancellations are permitted within 72 hours of arrival.
